Web Order Terms
Zone 1: Lebanon
- Delivery is free for orders above 39$.
- No minimum amount applies per delivery order.
- Our business hours is from Monday to Friday, 9 am till 5:30 pm and Saturdays 10 am till 5:30 pm. Time zone: GMT+2.
- Working days may be affected due to public holidays.
- Business hours & delivery time may be affected due to security issues, and public announcements.
- Delivery time of available products ranges between 2 and 4 working days.
- Delivery times may be affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions or security issues. No liability shall attach as a result of any such delay.
- Cash on delivery payment is accepted for orders via the site.
- Orders can be placed online and picked up and paid in store.
- Returns of most new, unopened (in its original packaging and tags), unused, and unassembled items is allowed within 7 days of invoice date for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
- Exchange most new, unopened (in its original packaging and tags), unused, and unassembled items is allowed within 7 days of invoice date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
- A $3 return delivery fee applies. For orders that initially qualified for free shipping, an additional $3 charge will be applied for shipping costs.
- A $3 exchange delivery fee applies to exchange orders with a price difference of less than $39 due.
- List of 'No Refund No Exchange' items: table tennis blades, table tennis rubbers, table tennis rackets, assembled equipment i.e. assembled treadmill, assembled basketball hoops, assembled ping pong tables, etc.
- Raffi Sport online ordering service is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject any order.
- Access to the Raffi Sport online store website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Raffi Sport disclaims all liability for any malfunction, suspension or interruption of the Site, including inaccessibility due to network problems.
Zone 2: Rest of the World
- The shipping rate for international orders will be calculated offline by our sales team. Our sales team will get in touch with you asap providing you with the shipping rate.
- Our business hours is from Monday to Friday, 9 am till 5:30 pm and Staurdays from 10 am till 5:30 pm. Time zone: GMT+2.
- Working days may be affected due to public holidays.
- Business hours may be affected due to security issues, or public announcements.
- Delivery time of available products ranges between 5-10 business days.
- International shipments are shipped via express courier i.e. Aramex, DHL.
- Delivery times may be affected due to bad weather, traffic conditions, security issues, or delays by the express courier. No liability shall attach as a result of any such delay.
- Online card payments, Money order (i.e. Western Union) and bank transfer payments are accepted for international orders. Bank transfer payments are only accepted for orders more than 499 usd excluding shipping cost.
- Your order will be shipped after we receive your payment.
- No refund unless you receive an incorrect or defective item.
- No exchange.
